Bruno






Frank Bruno
Mr. Bruno is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Cerberus and is responsible for leading the Firm’s global investment activities across credit, private equity, and real estate strategies. From 2018 until 2025, Mr. Bruno served as Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Cerberus Co-Founder Steve Feinberg. Previously, Mr. Bruno was President of Cerberus Global Investments, where he was responsible for leading the Firm’s European, Asia, and Latin American businesses. Since joining Cerberus in 1998, Mr. Bruno has overseen the investment of more than $32 billion in equity capital in Asia and Europe, alone. Under his leadership, Cerberus expanded its international presence significantly, opening global advisory offices across Asia, including Beijing, Hong Kong, and Tokyo; and across Europe, including Baarn, Belfast, Dublin, Frankfurt, London, and Madrid. Mr. Bruno graduated from Cornell University and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Wharton School’s Graduate Advisory Board and is an active supporter of Hire Heroes, a U.S. military veteran transition resources organization, and Save the Children.

Mike Sanford
Mr. Sanford is Global Head of Private Equity, overseeing its platform that invests in companies across a variety of industries, market cycles, and structures. He also serves as the Global Co-Head of Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities, which invests in businesses driving technologies and capabilities that advance national security and supply chain integrity. He is a member of the Firm’s Operating Board and serves on several of its investment committees. Mr. Sanford serves on various Boards for Cerberus portfolio companies, including Electrical Components International, Landmark Structures, Red River Technology, Source Code, and SubCom. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2006, Mr. Sanford was at Blackstone in its Restructuring and Reorganization Advisory Group. Mr. Sanford graduated with highest distinction from the Schreyer Honors College of the Pennsylvania State University.

Craig Brooks
Mr. Brooks is Global Co-Head of Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities. He is also a senior member of the firm’s private equity platform and serves on the Board of Directors for numerous Cerberus portfolio companies. Additionally, in his role, Mr. Brooks is responsible for overseeing portfolio management and is active in restructuring efforts. Mr. Brooks joined Cerberus in 2004 and is currently based in New York. From 2014 through 2021, Mr. Brooks was in London where he was responsible for driving the expansion of Cerberus’ private equity platform in Europe. He began his career at Houlihan Lokey and Morgan Stanley, and was also an investment professional at The Gores Group. Mr. Brooks graduated with distinction from the University of Southern California.

Chris Darby
Mr. Darby serves as Global Head of Venture Investments. He joined Cerberus in 2023 following a 17-year tenure as President and CEO of In-Q-Tel, the independent strategic investment firm supporting the missions of the Central Intelligence Agency and the broader Intelligence Community. Mr. Darby was previously Vice President and General Manager at Intel overseeing its Middleware Products Division. Mr. Darby joined Intel in 2005 through its acquisition of Sarvega, a venture-backed supplier of XML Networking and Security products, where he was President and CEO. Prior to Sarvega, Mr. Darby was the Chairman and CEO of @stake, an internet security consulting firm ultimately acquired by Symantec. Earlier in his career, Mr. Darby served as President and CEO of Interpath Communications, a facilities-based ASP later acquired by US Internetworking. Mr. Darby also held several executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now, HP) with responsibility for telecom industry initiatives, corporate strategy, and alliances. He began his career at Bell Northern Research. Mr. Darby is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Fick






Nathaniel Fick
Mr. Fick is Chief Strategy Officer for Equities, focused on the global investment activities of Cerberus’ Private Equity, Supply Chain, and Ventures platforms. He joined Cerberus in 2025 after serving as Ambassador at Large for Cyberspace and Digital Policy at the U.S. Department of State, where he led American diplomacy on technology issues including cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, AI and other emerging technologies.
Mr. Fick was previously General Manager of Elastic Security, overseeing Elastic’s information security business globally. He joined Elastic in 2019 through its acquisition of Endgame, a venture-backed endpoint security software company where he was CEO. Mr. Fick also spent nearly a decade as an operating partner at Bessemer Venture Partners.
He started his career as a Marine Corps infantry and reconnaissance officer, including combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. His book about that experience, One Bullet Away, was a New York Times bestseller, a Washington Post "Best Book of the Year," and one of the Military Times' "Best Military Books of the Decade.”
Mr. Fick is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Business School. He has served on many boards, including as a Trustee of Dartmouth College and a Director of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Nick Robinson
Mr. Robinson is Global Head of Critical Minerals & Battery Materials and a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. He serves on the Board of Directors for EOS Energy Enterprises, a domestic producer of zinc-bromide battery energy storage systems, and Torngat Metals, a light and heavy rare earth development company based in Quebec, Canada. Mr. Robinson previously served as the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corporation until the completion of its business combination with KORE Wireless in 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Firm’s Head Trader, and was part of Cerberus’ Corporate Credit strategy. Mr. Robinson joined Cerberus in 2011 from Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director, trading corporate loans & bonds. He started his career in 2004 as a Credit Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Loan Group. Mr. Robinson graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Holt






Christopher Holt
Mr. Holt is a Senior Managing Director and serves as Cerberus’ General Counsel for the Private Equity and Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities investment platforms. Mr. Holt joined Cerberus in 2006 and previously served as a Senior Operating Executive and General Counsel of Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s operations platform, and General Counsel of the Private Equity platform. Mr. Holt serves as a senior legal advisor to the Firm on a broad array of matters involving the acquisition, oversight, and monetization of companies in the Cerberus global private equity, supply chain, venture capital, and Frontier investment portfolios. He also sits on the board of directors of, and handles special projects for, Cerberus portfolio companies.
Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Holt held executive leadership positions as the chief legal officer, corporate secretary, and senior vice president of regulatory and external affairs at several public and private companies. Before that, he was an attorney at two highly rated law firms in Washington, D.C., where he represented nationally known clients in complex trial and appellate litigation, regulatory and transactional matters before various federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Holt holds a B.A. from Drew University, Madison, N.J. and a J.D. from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University, Washington, D.C.

Benard






Mr. Benard is Co-Head of Cerberus Frontier and runs the firm’s Singapore office. He focuses on investments across the Asia-Pacific region, including investments that relate to U.S. and allied national security, particularly those that support the INDOPACOM mission. He has led recent Cerberus investments in the Indo-Pacific region and has developed significant focus on shipbuilding and maritime assets. He started his career as an attorney focused on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Mr. Benard has published articles in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, and World Affairs, among others, and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences and universities. Mr. Benard earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and is an Adjunct Fellow at the Hudson Institute.

Mr. Schulze leads Cerberus’ private investment activities in frontier markets. He joined Cerberus in 2018 when Cerberus acquired SGI Frontier Capital, a firm which Mr. Schulze founded.
Mr. Schulze, who is based in Dubai, has built a strong track record as a strategic dealmaker, executing over 40 transactions in some of the world’s most dynamic markets and managing a team of investment professionals located in offices across Asia and Africa.

Mr. Wille is a Senior Managing Director on the Private Equity team. Mr. Wille brings more than 16 years of private equity experience and since joining Cerberus in 2006, has led several investments in global companies across a variety of industries, market cycles, and structures. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of various Cerberus portfolio companies. Prior to joining Cerberus, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Wille graduated from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Ingersoll is Chairman of the Private Equity Investment Committee and a Senior Managing Director. From 2005 to 2018, he served as the Global Co-Head of Private Equity and during his 17-year tenure at Cerberus, has been central in leading the Firm’s Private Equity platform. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2003, he was a General Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at JPMorgan Partners, which has since been renamed CCMP Capital, for nine years. He began his professional career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking division. Mr. Ingersoll graduated from Brigham Young University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also serves as a member of the National Advisory Council at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.

Mr. Buchbinder is a Managing Director on the Private Equity team. In his role, he helps lead the Firm’s private equity investments in industrial, consumer and retail companies. Mr. Buchbinder currently serves on the Board of Directors of various Cerberus portfolio companies, including 3Z Brands, Aquatech, Closure Systems International, and PQ Corporation. Mr. Buchbinder previously served on the Board of Electrical Components International. He is also closely involved in the Firm’s investment in Albertsons Companies. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2011, Mr. Buchbinder worked in the Restructuring Group at Rothschild, where he advised companies and creditors, both in and out of bankruptcy, on a variety of restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Rothschild, Mr. Buchbinder worked in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Houlihan Lokey in New York. Mr. Buchbinder graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Prior to re-joining Cerberus in 2022, Mr. Hippensteel was first the Chief Financial Officer and then the Chief Operating Officer of Harbor Picture Company, a global advertising and entertainment studio, where he led operations, finance, and strategy, including the company’s sale to and integration with Publicis Groupe. He began his career at Cerberus as a member of the Private Equity team. Mr. Hippensteel graduated from Bard College and served as a Fulbright Fellow with the U.S. Department of State.

Mr. Subkhankulov is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in enterprising businesses that harness next-generation technologies and advance supply chain integrity. He rejoined Cerberus in 2021 and prior to that, was an Analyst at Select Equity Group, an investment firm with over $40 billion of assets across long-only and long/short equity strategies, and SAB Capital Management. From 2012 to 2015, Mr. Subkhankulov was a Senior Associate for Cerberus on its Private Equity team and previously worked in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan. Mr. Subkhankulov currently serves on the Board of Directors of Accion Systems, a disruptive propulsion system for small satellites, and is a Board Observer of Federated Wireless, a shared spectrum technology and enterprise private wireless networks pioneer. Mr. Subkhankulov graduated cum laude from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Moriarty is a Managing Director on the Private Equity team and focuses his investment efforts in the Services, Technology, and Government and Defense sectors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cerberus’ portfolio companies Landmark Structures, Red River, Source Code, and SubCom. Mr. Moriarty previously served on the Board of Sparton and was also involved with various past Cerberus investments, including YP, Avon Products, and New Avon. Quayle






Vice President Quayle is Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments and a member of the Firm’s senior leadership team. He joined Cerberus in 1999 and has served as the Global Investments Chairman since 2001. Mr. Quayle was the 44th Vice President of the United States of America to President George H. W. Bush from 1989 through 1993. In 1976, he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and re-elected in 1978. In 1980, he was elected to the U.S. Senate and was the youngest Senator from Indiana. He was re-elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986. Prior to joining Cerberus and after his vice presidency, he authored three books, including Standing Firm: A Vice-Presidential Memoir, which was on The New York Times’ Best Seller List for 15 weeks. He was a distinguished visiting professor at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management for two years. He was also active for many years on the lecture circuit in the United States and internationally. He has served on numerous boards of directors for both private and public entities as well as charities. Vice President Quayle graduated from DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis). He is married to Marilyn Tucker with three children and eight grandchildren.

Snow






Secretary Snow serves as the Chairman of Cerberus and a member of the Firm’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2006, he served as the 73rd Secretary of the U.S. Treasury in which capacity he led the economic team for President George W. Bush’s Administration. Prior to joining the Cabinet, Secretary Snow was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CSX Corporation, one of America's leading transportation companies, a position he held for more than a decade. While at CSX, Secretary Snow also played a leadership role in the U.S. business community, chairing the Business Roundtable and serving on the Executive Committee of the Business Council. Earlier in his career, Secretary Snow practiced law in Washington before joining President Gerald Ford’s Administration in the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he led the efforts to deregulate the transportation industries. Over the years, Secretary Snow has held a number of academic posts, serving as a Distinguished Fellow at the Yale School of Management, a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, a member of the George Washington Law School faculty, and a Professor of Economics at the University of Virginia. He also served on the boards of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Virginia Darden School. He has served on the board of a number of major U.S. companies, including Johnson & Johnson, USX, Textron, Marathon, Dominion Energy, and Verizon; as well as many nonprofits, including the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Richmond School Board. Secretary Snow grew up in Toledo, Ohio and did his undergraduate education at the University of Toledo and Kenyon College. He subsequently received a Ph.D. in economics at the University of Virginia. He also holds a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and numerous honorary degrees.

John Raymond






General Raymond is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. In his role, he helps lead investments in technology, aerospace, and defense modernization and provides strategic guidance to the broader platform and its portfolio of investments, including in the space domain. General Raymond joined Cerberus in 2023 following 38 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force and as a key architect of the U.S. Space Force. Most recently, General Raymond served as the first Chief of Space Operations of the U.S. Space Force, leading the military branch from its creation in 2019 until his retirement in 2022. As the highest-ranking officer in the Space Force, General Raymond held a seat on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and was responsible for organizing and overseeing the interests of the United States and allied nations in space. Throughout his career as a decorated military officer, General Raymond served across key leadership positions, including as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, the Director of Plans and Policy at U.S. Strategic Command, and the Commander of Air Force Space Command. He has been recognized with numerous awards and decorations, including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal, and the Legion of Merit. General Raymond graduated from Clemson University and earned master’s degrees from the Naval War College and Central Michigan University.

Brian Hook is Vice Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments. In his role, he has a broad mandate across regions, asset classes, and sectors, working closely with Cerberus’ investment platforms, operations affiliates, and portfolio companies to drive long-term value. Mr. Hook joined Cerberus in 2021 and has served in the administrations of three U.S. Presidents: President George H.W. Bush, President George W. Bush, and President Donald J. Trump. During the Trump Administration, he served as Senior Advisor to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Senior Advisor to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, U.S. Special Representative for Iran, and Director of the State Department’s Policy Planning Staff. He was a key official on the team that negotiated peace agreements between UAE-Israel, Bahrain-Israel, Sudan-Israel, and Morocco-Israel, known collectively as the Abraham Peace Accords. He also led the creation of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific strategy and the deepening of bilateral relations between the United States and India. Mr. Hook held a number of senior positions in the Bush Administration, including Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations; Senior Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations; Special Assistant to the President for Policy at the White House; and Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice. From 2009 to 2017, he founded and managed Latitude, LLC, an international strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He was a corporate lawyer at Hogan & Hartson from 1999 to 2003.

Mr. Spellmeyer is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Spellmeyer was a Managing Director of Tracker Capital, a venture capital-oriented family office that principally invested in emerging technologies. He retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) as a Senior Paramilitary Operation Officer with 30 years of government service. As Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and Senior Director for Intelligence Programs at the White House/National Security Council and chief of the CIA’s largest overseas station, he led operations and activities that supported a broad range of U.S. national security and policy objectives. Prior to the CIA, he served eight years as an Infantry officer in the United States Army. He received multiple awards and decorations, including the Intelligence Star, Bronze Star, and the Purple Heart. Mr. Spellmeyer graduated from the Virginia Military Institute and received a M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University’s National War College.

Mike Hopkins






Mr. Hopkins is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses seeking to drive next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2023, Mr. Hopkins served 12 years as a NASA astronaut, spending a total of 168 days in space, and participating in five spacewalks. He most recently served as Commander on the Crew-1 SpaceX Crew Dragon, Resilience. Prior to his voluntary transfer to the United States Space Force in 2020, Mr. Hopkins served 28 years in the United States Air Force. Throughout his military career, Mr. Hopkins served across numerous positions, including as a project engineer and program manager of the United States Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office at the Pentagon in 2005 and as a special assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2008. Mr. Hopkins has been recognized with the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Aerial Achievement Medal, two Air Force Commendation Medals and four Air Force Achievement Medals. Mr. Hopkins graduated from the University of Illinois and received an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University.

Ret. Vice Adm. Sara Joyner
Ret. Vice Admiral Sara Joyner is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies, capabilities that advance supply chain integrity and supports defense modernization. Vice Admiral Joyner joined Cerberus in 2026 following 36 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy and as a Strike Fighter Naval Aviator. Most recently, Vice Admiral Joyner served on the Joint Staff as the director of the Joint Staff Force Structure, Resources and Assessment advising the Chairman and Secretary of War leadership on strategic solutions to joint force capabilities and resourcing. She has played a leading role the Department’s force design providing analysis to support requirements spanning from the seabed to Cislunar. Throughout her career, Vice Admiral Joyner has served across key leadership positions, including Chief of Navy Legislative Affairs, commander of a carrier strike group and commander of a carrier air wing. She has served in combat at sea during multiple conflicts to include Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. She has been recognized with numerous awards and decorations, including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, and Legion of Merit. Vice Admiral Joyner graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served on the Naval War College Strategic Studies Group.

Robertson






Mr. Robertson is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Robertson was a Managing Director of Tracker Capital, a venture capital-oriented family office that principally invested in emerging technologies. Mr. Robertson had a distinguished 26-year career as a Senior Intelligence Service Officer in the Directorate of Operations of the Central Intelligence Agency (“CIA”) where he served in foreign field and headquarters leadership positions. Mr. Robertsons was also a member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and a member of its component Intelligence Oversight Board, independent elements within the Executive Office of the President. He served multiple tours in Africa, Central Eurasia, the Middle East, and in several major cities in the United States. Prior to entering the CIA, Mr. Robertson served for six years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army to include service in Operations Desert Shield/Storm. He has received numerous commendations, including the Intelligence Commendation Medal, the Directorate of Operations – Donovan Award, the President’s Thomas Jefferson Star for Foreign Service, the State Department’s Secretary’s Award, and the Bronze Star from the U.S. Army. Mr. Robertson is a distinguished military graduate from Arizona State University.

Dr. Ilya Feige
Dr. Feige is the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Cerberus Technology Solutions, a subsidiary of Cerberus focused exclusively on leveraging emerging technology, data, and advanced analytics to drive business transformations. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Dr. Feige was an executive with Faculty, one of Europe’s leading AI companies, and most recently served as Director of AI. During his tenure, he founded the company’s AI research lab and subsequently built and led a team of applied AI & ML practitioners. Before Faculty, Dr. Feige was an associate at McKinsey & Company where he focused on scaling the Firm’s analytics capabilities across the West Coast of the United States. He has published papers in leading AI conferences and research institutions, including the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) and NeurIPS. During the pandemic, he also led the data and modeling effort behind the UK National Health Service’s (NHS) COVID-19 response. Dr. Feige received his undergraduate degree with the highest honors from McGill University and his Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Harvard University, where he was awarded the Goldhaber Prize as the top Ph.D. student in physics.

Salek






Dr. Salek is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Dr. Salek was the Founder and head of Silicon for Google Technical Infrastructure and Google Cloud businesses. He started and led multiple lines of products that today are part of the de facto infrastructure behind Google services. Over the past two decades, Dr. Salek has led the development of products for a wide range of markets such as machine learning, networking, graphics, video, and mobile processors. Prior to Google, Dr. Salek was a Senior Director of Engineering at Nvidia, where he was the Founder and head of Nvidia’s System-on-a-Chip Design organization. Dr. Salek holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Cook is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Mr. Cook, who joined Cerberus in 2024, brings more than three decades of government and private sector leadership in the rapid development of disruptive aerospace and defense systems. He most recently served as the President of Leidos Dynetics, a provider of mission-critical systems and solutions for the hypersonics, threat systems, cyber, space, and force protection markets. Mr. Cook previously spent nearly two decades at NASA in senior engineering and leadership roles, where he oversaw the development of the Ares I and V (now Artemis) launch vehicles and helped direct research, technology, and development activities for future generations of space transportation and propulsion. Mr. Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and mechanics from the University of Minnesota and has authored more than 20 papers on advanced space propulsion and launch systems. Mr. Cook is an AIAA Fellow and Distinguished Engineering Fellow at the University of Alabama.

Hahn






Mr. Hahn is a Managing Director and Senior Operating Executive for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s operations platform. He joined Cerberus in 2022 and serves as Senior Operating Partner primarily focused on the Firm’s Industrials investments. Mr. Hahn also plays an integral role in advancing the Design-to-Delivery practice area and helps guide the integration of strategy and business operating system expertise across the Firm’s portfolio of investments. He brings over three decades of experience championing innovation in software, services, new materials, and business models. Mr. Hahn has led private equity-owned and publicly listed firms, and also gained extensive experience working internationally in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, building organizations that have achieved market leadership. Mr. Hahn spent more than a decade at Honeywell where he held a number of senior leadership positions as a Company Officer, including serving as CEO of its Home and Building Technologies business; CEO of its Switzerland-based Honeywell Transportation Systems; and as Vice President of the Performance Materials and Technologies – Fluorine Products business. His customer-focused approach helped drive significant improvements in commercial, financial, and operational performance. Mr. Hahn began his career at Air Products and Chemicals, where he spent nearly 20 years and held a variety of commercial and technical leadership positions in the U.S., Canada, Taiwan, and Malaysia. He received a B.S. and M.E degree in Material Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Gerami






Mr. Gerami is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Mr. Gerami is an entrepreneur, operator, and technologist with significant experience starting and scaling businesses. Mr. Gerami started as a RF engineer in 1999 and took a role working at Nextel in 2001, where he grew and worked various management roles until 2009, supporting the network growth of the wireless network. Mr. Gerami was the founder and CEO of TeleWorld Solutions, helping the business become a national leader in turn-key network services for wireless, cable, and enterprise customers, and overseeing its acquisition by Samsung Electronics America in 2020. Mr. Gerami also founded and served as the CEO of SmallCellSite.com, an online marketplace for small cell deployments, which received an Emerging Technology Award from CTIA in 2016 and was acquired by a publicly traded company in 2021. Mr. Gerami was nominated multiple times for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. He served as a Board of Advisor for Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corporation until the completion of its business combination with KORE wireless in 2021.

Samanta Roy






Dr. Samanta Roy is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. He joined Cerberus in 2022, following more than two decades as a distinguished civil servant and private sector executive in the aerospace and defense industry. Dr. Samanta Roy most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Federal Strategy Officer at Electra.aero, an advanced air mobility startup. From 2014 to 2021, Dr. Roy was a senior executive at Lockheed Martin where he led critical technology roadmaps as well as the company’s engagements with research and development arms of the U.S. Government. Earlier in his career, Dr. Samanta Roy served extensively across the Federal Government, including in the Congressional Budget Office as a Strategic Analyst, as the Assistant Director for Space and Aeronautics at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy – under both the Bush and Obama Administrations, and as a Professional Staff Member on the Senate Armed Services Committee, where he oversaw the Department of Defense’s science and technology portfolio. Dr. Samanta Roy is an Active Reservist in the United States Air Force. He currently serves on the Board of Regents at the Potomac Institute and is a Fellow on the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is also a member of the FAA Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee. He earned his Ph.D, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also earned a master’s degree in space policy from George Washington University and holds diplomas from the International Space University and Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

O'Kane






Mr. O’Kane is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2025, Mr. O’Kane was a member of the Senior Executive Service at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). He helped oversee budgetary activities pertaining to the Intelligence Community, national security cyber capabilities and space systems, airborne ISR, special operations forces, and other programs. Prior to OMB, Mr. O’Kane managed analytic service offerings and led studies of various national security programs for seven years while at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has also worked as an intelligence systems engineer in the defense industry and as an operations auditor at Prudential Financial. Mr. O’Kane was as an active-duty Air Force officer specializing in satellite operations and space tactics.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and graduate certificates in intelligence analysis and legislative affairs. He is a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI Fellow and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
